Found the only black Lexus RX400h hybrid in the area. They also had a gold one. After test driving several others that were not black, I came back to VIP. The black one they had was very clean and it had a factory DVD player installed. My only reservation was that the tires were not as new as all of the others. Eric was very helpful and accommodating. No high-pressure sales, just facts. We both knew the price was competitive and the car was clean. So I bought it. After 6 months of driving this car, I fell in love with all of the added luxury it had over my previous RX300, and the DVD player came in handy with the kids. When I wanted to get new tires, Eric hooked me up with one of his friends at a local tire store. Got a sweet deal and the tires were even more quiet than the previous ones! When I noticed that I didn't receive my registration tags after a couple of months, Eric looked into it right away. He found the issue and even paid my new registration and refunded me the amount I already paid! Eric is a very fair and honest person. He even followed through in delivering an extra spare key remote (~$250 value) after they found the extra set! Who does that after the sale is complete?! Most dealers would just forget about it, but not Eric. Kudos to Eric and VIP Autos for a positive buying experience and impeccable customer service!

This was by far my best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone we worked with went above and beyond. Nothing is over priced. I never felt like I was being tricked or taken advantage of. We filled out our app while at work and found out our financing was approved after work, it was quick and painless. The highlight of my experience was the fact they noticed my battery was the original battery so they made sure to replace it with the best battery they could, this was even though nothing was wrong with the original... Then they noticed the gas was low before I drove off and gave me $20.00 to put in the tank. I just felt very well cared for. I highly recommend Eric and all the guys here!!

I bought two cars from VIP auto. My first car was a 2003 Lexus SC 430. The car had low mileage and was kept in great shape. I drove the car for 2 years without any significant problems. When I had small problems Ray took car of things for a small price or in some cases for free. I bought my second car there about a month ago. It's a 2005 Mercedes SL 55 AMG. Also, low mileage of 39,000. It looks like new and drives beautifully. If I am in the market for a used car I will go to VIP auto first. Paul, Ray, and Eric are customer oriented. I trust this dealership. Shawna also does a great job. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a nice used car at a fair price!

We tried to buy a car from CarMax and it went like this, The car was priced $3000 over bluebook retail and we were told zero negotiating with the inflated no haggle price, not even the employees can get a discount. My adult son had insufficient credit history so CarMax was willing to finance his minimal car loan for 28% interest. On top of that they snuck in a $4000 warranty into the agreement. Nothing was looking good we agreed to a test drive after being told all the pre checks the cars have to go through before they will sell them. the car looked good enough, after about a mile the brake check light came on, we pulled over, the dash lights blinked on and off, the hazzards started blinking erratically and the car shut off. The salesman called to get us a ride back to the dealership and he was having to talk various people into driving out to get us, each saying they were busy. Unbelievable. The place looked like a timeshare office. No partitions, masses of desks with people writing contracts. I will never step foot in a Carmax again. From there we went to VIP auto...by contrast every car was amazing. the sales staff and owner were relaxed, very easy to work with and informative. We were given relevant choices based on the budget we had, and almost unrealistic low mileage demand. The selection was incredible. We drove 4 cars in the process and found a beautiful one we didn't even think we could afford. He found a beautiful BMW in his price range, secured a 8% loan and never once felt like we were pressured or getting anything but the best deal Ray could make for us. He even reduced to price of the car without us even asking. What a contrast. The experience was the best car lot experience I have ever had. Even the mechanic shop was impeccable, clean and with every tool exactly in its place aligned perfectly. I would highly recommend VIP to anyone looking for a good honest deal on a low mileage used car with a great price.

I had been looking for a used Z4 for qutie a while and came across one at VIP Autos online. Eric Wagoner responded to my email very quickly and helped me along the entire way. He answered all my questioned promptly and honestly, took every extra picture that I asked of him, and did not rush me at any time. He helped me set up an third person inspection at the local BMW dealership where I was able to speak with the technician personally. Robert walked me through the financial transaction, including speaking to me when I had the papers in front of me to make sure everything was signed correctly before sending the forms back. They recommended a very reliable transport company that provided a covered transport. I recieved the title to the car soon after delivery, along with all the forms to register the car in my state. I was very wary of buying a car online, especially one 3000 miles away. I had talked with several dealers over the previous year or so with mixed results, and the guys at VIP Autos were the most honest, responsive, and sincere people I dealt with. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or being sold a bill of goods. We had over 70 emails and numerous phone calls between the start to the finish. Late July I walk onto VIP Autos lot looking for a particular Acura they had for sale. After doing several months of online research all over north and San Diego county. I was able to walk the lot freely to view the unlocked vehicles at my leisure. there were more high end vehicles that caught my eye once I had the opportunity to roam the premises. My first encounter was with Chris who asked if I need and assistance or want to test drive one of the cars? I said yes he took a picture of my driver's license hand my the keys. I was now in a beautiful black on black super clean Acura. Twenty minutes later after trying all the buttons running through the gears on my own (if you know what I mean). I returned spoke to Reza on my trade in, he gave me a fair trade in value and with the no hassle price on the Acura it was a sweet deal for me! Chris and I started the paperwork 15 minutes later I was signing financial documents. Chris is knowledgeable, organized, focused on customer service the entire time we spoke.
